WOULD YOU CALL THIS PUBLIC ACCESS WHEN JAXPORT FENCES THE WATERFRONT OFF TO DENY RESIDENTS AS WELL AS THE GENERAL PUBLIC THE RIGHT TO FISH OR WALK ALONG THE WATERFRONT TO VIEW THE MANATEE'S OR OTHER MARINE LIFE.

Jaxport builds security fence they add roving security guard and JSO stands by. This fence was never permited by the city of jacksonville with liceanse contractor. according to channel 12 news reporter.

Jaxport Says ferry slip is only temporary shrimpers have to find somewhere eles to tie up.

Jaxport closes off most of the waterfront as far as the eye can see, leaving shrimpers  no dockage or place to work on their boats.

Jaxport continues to operate  along the ferry docks without containment booms, avoiding coast guard and environmental fines. allowing pieces of the dock to remain in the river.
